Neighborhood Alliance for Child Safety (NACS) program will celebrate the program's 10th anniversary on Wednesday, June 3rd at an open house from 1:00 �" 3:00 p.m. The presentation at 1:30 will include special guest speakers, James W. The event will take place at the first NACS office located at 2001 W. Washington Street.
