Agency Leadership

Tina CloerTina Cloer
President and CEO

Tina Cloer's upbringing in an at-risk family that struggled to find its path to self-sufficiency makes her the quintessential leader for Children's Bureau. As the President and CEO, Tina is committed to ensuring that the agency's services achieve the best outcomes for children and families. She understands the importance of utilizing clinically proven best practices to address the human condition and progressive business practices when providing strategic direction for a $30 million nonprofit. Tina is forward thinking and leads her organization with an eye on improving the outcomes for families in our community. She is an expert in the development of children's services in the areas of child welfare, child abuse prevention and mental health. She has more than 20 years' experience in strategic planning, leadership, nonprofit fiscal management and program development. She participates on several advisory committees related to child and family matters and is a board member for IARCA. Ms. Cloer holds a M.S. in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, in addition to earning an undergraduate degree from DePauw University. She resides in Indianapolis with her husband of 25 years and three children.
